A lovely stay in a beautiful location. Regina was incredibly helpful, even organising a member of her family to communicate with us in English. The house worked well and the bathrooms were super-stylish. We've had a fantastic holiday - many thanks!

A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Marianna's house. It's spacious and lovely decorated. The terrace is also a very nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The house and interior ar exactly as seen on the Air Bnb Website. Marianna is also a very good host. Although not present at the house, she replies to messages very quickly and is really helpful. You can walk from the house to the centre of Swidnica in about half an hour, but it's also possible to park your car for free halfway the route to the centre (close to the roundabout near to the Galeria). From the house you can also easily leave town for a trip by car to go sightseeing in Lower Silezia. The sites are for example reachable within 1,5 hours: Sbredna Fortress, Wroclaw, Stolowe mountains, Kodzko (Minieuropa), several mines (we visited the mineral mine in Szklay Huta), Walzbrych castle, Grodno Castle and much more. I recommend this place!

Beautiful creekside house with outdoor seating. We very much appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen. The owner was always quick to respond. There was even wood in the fireplace when we arrived. There's just nothing to complain about. A short walk from the house is an open-air museum, as well as a signpost with marked trails.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

We spent a weekend in the cottage and are very happy with our stay. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable time. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the property itself was decorated with great attention to detail. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A big advantage is the pool, where you can really relax. It's the perfect getaway. We'll definitely be back!

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great stay, there was nothing missing. The pool is large and clean. Everything is nice and well maintained. The house is large and clean with several bathrooms. Many entertainment options. (Basketball, soccer, handball, swimming tires, Playstation,.... ) Only a ping-pong table was missing. (but it was not important for us) It's definitely worth the price. There's nothing negative to report.

A great place to stay for a larger group of friends with kids, plenty of space to sit inside and out. Perfect communication with the owner, flexible check-in and checkout times. I can highly recommend.

Anna was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the sauna, and it was great that we could cool off in the pool afterward. Since we stayed in winter, we even made an ice hole for a true cold plunge experience. The location is also nice – the house is near a road, but since it’s a dead end, there’s practically no traffic, making it very peaceful. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a great time!

An atmospheric cottage in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Forest, nature, no people, fireplace, fire pit, grill, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. Very good cell phone coverage and wifi . Clean and comfortable. Far from the store, but close to the Bouda for beer ;) Very helpful and communicative host. Flexible check-in and checkout times. The perfect place to unwind in nature with family or friends. Doesn't want to leave here... I want to come back :)

We stayed at Olga’s house for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing experience. The house is clean and in fact it’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Bed was comfortable, and the place has all necessary amenities. Cats were absolutely adorable and we liked spending our mornings with them and cups of hot coffee on the house’s porch. It was exactly what we needed, great escape from a city life and being close to nature. We regret only staying there just for two nights and not more :)

We had a fantastic stay at Michal’s unique mountain retreat! From the start, he was super friendly, responsive, and kind, making us feel welcome and even recommending a great local restaurant. He lives nearby and was always available if we needed anything, which added a personal touch to our experience. The place itself is truly special - a cozy bunker-style hideaway in the remote Polish mountains. We visited in winter and used the fireplace to keep warm, but it wasn’t a problem as Michal provided plenty of firewood. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet escape. The property also features a fire pit and a charming little forest, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the serene setting and appreciated Michal’s thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway!

We were in this guesthouse for the second time and again we were very satisfied with everything, thank you and for the third time we will look forward to the whole family.

A welcoming place for an extremely low price. A nice place to escape from reality or a place to stay between trips to the mountains.

Peace of mind. We appreciated the possibility of sitting by the fire long into the night, aniz would mind. The bonus was plenty of drivia on the heater. The sauna didn't work in the summer, but we didn't mind, we didn't need it.
