Our separate cottage is located at the back of the complex, where you can enjoy your coffee from each room on your own balcony or terrace. After returning from skiing, you can warm up in the living room, where you can heat up in the fireplace. TV or WiFi are a matter of course. There is a fully equipped kitchen for you. You will enjoy your privacy while having access to all the common facilities of the main building, including a pond, game room, lounge, ski room, bicycle room and ping pong.

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna.

Located right on the Lagoon in the Landscape Park. A great place for water sports, fishing, and cycling. A two-level apartment with an attic bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a table in the middle. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes to prepare a meal. On site you can rent kayaks, bicycles, Nordic walking poles.
