Minibacke is a lovely countryside accommodation in Nykulla, 2.5 km north of Växjö. You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forests outside the knot and with many nearby sights. The place is best suited for 2 people. In the kitchen you can cook lighter meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washer and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor hot tub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

Treehouse in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the midst of forest. In this treehouse you live up among the trees on a quiet and peaceful place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Our small cabin by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

Ladugården/ The Barn Helgasjön Växjö

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Välkomna till vår mysiga stuga i södra Svergie, Småland. Här finns allt du behöver för en avkopplande vecka, eller varför inte en månad? Stugan har ”badrocksavstånd” till vår pittoreska lilla badstrand. Där finns även grill. Sjön håller en ljummen behaglig temperatur på sommaren. Perfekt för den som gillar sola bada eller bara hänga vid sjön. Busshållsplats finns cirka 100 meter längre på vägen, om man vill in till Växjö och shoppa eller äta på restaurang!

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of three main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. 2. A separate cottage with two bunk beds. Which makes it suitable for four persons. 3. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
