The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! Thank you so so so much Josephina ma’am! Absolutely loved Goa because of our convenient location and great facilities and room there in Village by the Sea, Colva Beach Road! It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Amazing stay at this property. I am really impressed and very happy to find such a nice host Mr.Dubinsky and other co-hosts. We had booking for only one day and needed to check in early in the morning 5 o'clock. Our host was so cooperative and allowed us early check in. I am really very grateful for this act of him. Talking about the location, it is 6.5 km from Madgaon railway station. Colva, benulim and many beaches are just 2-3km away from the property. Great location. The rooms were neat and clean with pristine kitchen and utensils. Everything was working properly. As soon we needed anything Host was proactive in providing the solution. At the end I will say this Is the place for all those who are looking to stay with friends, family and loved ones. Totally worth it.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. We had a lovely stay at Savio and Lucy’s well-maintained home in Goa. Everything was just as described, and the added cleaning service every other day made things even more comfortable. Savio and Lucy were incredibly warm and responsive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out on day one, Lucy arrived quickly with spare keys and a big smile. She also helped us navigate local essentials through an app, which was a huge help. The location is peaceful—ideal if you enjoy quiet evenings after beach days (though the beach is a drive away). A tip: rent a car from the airport itself—it’s much easier. Savio connected us with a great car rental contact and even arranged a whiteboard and yoga mat for us. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made this trip special. Highly recommended. Thank you, Savio and Lucy!
