Private beach cottage - 1 hour from Helsinki

You'll love Vihdin Kesäranna! Less than an hour from Helsinki, the road to the destination. In winter for 2 people, in summer for 4. The main cottage (58 m2) is in use all year round. Guest house (12 m2) in summer use with sofa bed. The main cottage is on the beach, with its own dock for swimming in Hiidenvesi. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: a flushing toilet and a washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood stove, and the cottage has running hot water. In the kitchen, for example, an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Air heat pump with cooling.

Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Just a 35-minute drive from Helsinki and airport, in the forrest of our House Kekkapaa ; a perfect romantic weekend getaway if you want to enjoy a private wood-fired sauna( only in your use ) , the peaceful Espoo countryside, and the surrounding nature. We are within walking distance of Lake Myllyjärvi and Backby Manor with its spa and restaurant services. On our farm, you’ll also find dogs, horses, a cat, and chickens. The cabin was originally designed by an architect family for themselves.

Accommodate yourself in the charmingly renovated upper floor of a barn built in the early 1900s. Inside you will find a small kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom for 2–3 people. The location of the accommodation is peaceful, and the national park offers fantastic outdoor opportunities. The nearest hiking trail is approximately 500 m away. We live on the same property but respect the privacy of our guests. We offer a parking spot but public transportation is also conveniently accessible.

Outdoor hot tub for an additional fee of 50e/day. Free Wi-Fi Note! Own linens and towels or linens and towels for an additional fee of 15e/person. The price does not include cleaning. Careful final cleaning must be done before check-out or final cleaning can be ordered at a price of 75e.

The apartment consists of a bedroom , shower room and kitchen.. Nuuksio National Park is an area with over 100 lakes and ponds and a preferred get away for stressed city people and tourists. The house is in-midst a beautiful large garden, on the boarder of a small river and easy to reach by to public transportation.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
