Very friendly, I wanted to book but did not get through the booking process because the arrival day was not an official bookable day. After sending a message, he made sure that he could still prepare the cottage so that we could book, received a modified booking link and it was arranged. Booked one day before arrival. Furthermore, it is very quiet and a beautiful environment. He sent me a message at what time we arrived, but due to our activities I could not say time, key neatly placed in a key safe so we could enter late in the evening. Top service! Definitely recommended.

Christa was very helpful and friendly. Loads of information on the area and amenities. Lovely space, quiet and well equipped. We did not find time to use the sauna but it looked great. Our only quibble was the compulsory 40 euro cleaning fee which we felt was excessive for one room and a bathroom.

We stayed at this campsite after participating in the Diekirch International Walk. The location benefits from an exceptional setting, located right next to a superb hotel where guests can enjoy all the necessary amenities: toilets, showers, as well as access to their magnificent swimming pool and a wellness area with sauna. The view from the location is simply splendid, offering a breathtaking panorama of the entire valley. An ideal place to relax after a busy day!

Eva & Pascal’s home in Gerolstein had plenty of space for us to relax, and the kitchen was so well equipped that we were even able to save the day by baking cookies for our entire family reunion group camping nearby. A warm, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting—highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time in Bollendorf in Kerstin and Uwe's accommodation. The apartment is super well maintained and clean, as well as bed linen and towels, everything was well prepared for our visit. There are clearly explained instructions for things like waste separation. The kitchen is really well equipped, I have never experienced anything like this in a Birner apartment, there were even coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. We were able to cook super and we really lacked nothing. We received great information in advance for potential activities in the area, and the communication on site was also great, always prompt and helpful answers. We felt like kings this week. In addition to the beautiful weather, the location was responsible for this: a beautiful view and large terrace to enjoy it and inside really everything we needed and everything sparkling clean. A super good bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage for our belongings. Also a lot of attention from the owner. We will definitely go back!
