In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120x200 bed ,only suitable for one (1) person. Self check-in using a key box (code provided on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN available. The property has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet . Bed linen, shower towels and hand towels are provided.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.
