Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Mini Attico appena ristrutturato, arredato con cura e dotato di un'esclusiva terrazza privata di 24 metri quadri. Il centro di Oristano si trova a soli 350 metri. Ti basterà una camminata di cinque minuti per raggiungere tutti i servizi di cui hai bisogno come bar, ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie. In 20-25 minuti di auto (o di pullman) arriverai alle famose e spiagge del Sinis, come Is Arutas o San Giovanni. L'appartamento è ubicato al terzo piano di una palazzina storica senza ascensore.
