The totally independent house is located 150 meters from the Grixoni Fountain and the Cathedral, opposite the ancient Borgia prisons, in the heart of the city

In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.

The town, full of meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, even with guided tours, the traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.
