We were passing through Santiago, but the place accommodated us 100%, it was close to where we needed to go, with good community. The mall was next door! David also allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. He was very attentive to our arrival. We appreciate it, we will definitely return!!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafes and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. We recommend Barbara's apartment, very clear instructions, safe access to the building's private parking. The building staff is very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable for two people, clean, new, neat. All the essentials, plus the most important basic cooking items (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee) Unbeatable value for money. For Argentines who are used to heating, rest assured in Barbara's apartment, there is only one stove but it is enough to heat the apartment. We recommend it!

Excellent apartment for two people (couple or family) in a residential and very quiet area of Santiago, there are very good restaurants nearby such as Golfo Di Napoli and if you plan to take the subway, it is only a 5-minute walk, the apartment is clean and has everything you need for a week's stay. Highly recommended

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
