The apartment is excellent, very comfortable for 2 people, well equipped, clean. The area is very good, close to supermarkets, metro station and buses.

The apartment is a very cozy studio, with a double bed and a sofa bed for a third person. It is steps away from the Irarrázabal subway, supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores, very convenient in my case that I had to move constantly, highly recommended for short and medium term stays

Everything is impeccable, a quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had a problem with the water temperature that they quickly solved, very attentive and helpful. A few blocks away you have the subway, a Census, a leader, and several stores. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you very much.

Great stay… host was always very responsive to any questions. Location is very close to metro and supermarkets which made it easy to get around the city.

I stayed 2 days, central location, many stores and. All kinds of restaurants and it has everything you need to stay with peace of mind for 2 people and the price of accommodation is well balanced

Miguel is a great host. He responded to all my messages with courtesy and was very kind. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Much better than the pictures. For me, the view is perfect, it was well suited to the verses of the Portuguese Fernando Pessoa: "I carry within my heart, Like a safe that can't be completely closed, All the places I've been, All the ports I arrived at, All the landscapes I saw through windows or portholes, Or from decks, dreaming, And all this, which is so much, is not enough for what I want.' (Álvaro de Campos) I hope to return to Chile next year and have the opportunity to stay in Ñuñoa again.

Carolina was a very helpful host, always answering us whenever we had any questions. The apartment matches the listing, the price is fair, the location is very good and it is close to good restaurants in Santiago.

The apartment is super well equipped, with a full kitchen, a cute balcony, TV, washing machine... in short, everything we needed was available. The location is excellent and the host is super helpful and attentive. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone who travels to Santiago.

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the booking to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. Well located, safe, well-equipped accommodation, close to the metro and cozy. The host was very attentive, leaving water, a BEEP card for us to use and providing support whenever necessary.

Claudia was a wonderful host who proactively checked in on us and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and in a wonderful location near the metro and Barrio Italia. The view of the mountains is unmatched. Gracias Claudia!

The apartment was very clean and organised. The location is very good, with a market next door and shops. The subway station is just around the corner. We stayed in four people and it was very quiet. I highly recommend it! The laundry and dryer for us was a differential. We felt very welcome.

Super cozy, clean and very safe apartment. Met all our requirements. Quiet street despite being in a busy area, there was no noise at night. I would definitely stay there again next time.

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a little difficult to close the door at the same time as you put in the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
