Beachfront holiday rental in Nughedu San Nicolò

We were hosted very well by Eva's husband who speaks French very well so easier for us the accommodation is very well located 2 steps from the sea a private fenced yard so for our dog perfect everything was very functional and complete and thank you for all these recommendations that allowed us to have a very good stay.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Beautiful apartment, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, in front you can see the sea and if you look to the side you can see the whole city of Alghero. Here we found everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, everything is clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick to respond, helps and recommends where to eat or which beach to visit.

We had a perfect stay at Villaggio Turas - the apartment was spotless, bright and as described with spectacular views overlooking the coastline and surrounded by leafy green trees and flowers. Fantastic street fish bar in Porto Alabe and gorgeous beach a short drive from the apartment. Sebastiano was so helpful and friendly - showing us round and giving us plenty of local recommendations. A perfect birthday and a gorgeous two days, our only regret was not staying longer!

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica was always very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We'll definitely be back next year!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. When I look for a place to stay, I always try to find somewhere that feels like home — and this place truly did! I slept for 12 hours in the first night. You rest like baby in this place. If you love thoughtful design, this is definitely the right choice. Also It’s just a 5-minute walk to both the historic center and the beach, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful, far from the noise and crowds. And Silvia… what a wonderful host. She was kind and helpful from the very beginning until the last day — the kind of host you wish you could have as a friend. And hwr recommendations are TOP! Thank you for everything, Silvia! We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

We had a great stay again. The house has the best view ever, it’s really special located in between the rocks with a view of the ocean and La Maddalena. Great sunsets to watch and we loved the terraces. The contact was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was like something out of a fairytale. Every time my partner and I walked through the front door, we were amazed by the spacious terrace with its stunning sea view. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. I felt completely at home in the kitchen—everything I needed was right there. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine, juice, and water waiting for us when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch! Giuseppe was an excellent host, always available if we needed anything. Check-in was smooth and quick, and he even sent us helpful photos to make everything easier. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
