Condo holiday rentals in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

El lugar está en una ubicación impecable, tienes restaurantes a menos de 5min, tiendas de conveniencia, una plaza a no más de 10min. El departamento tiene demasiados accesorios domésticos, tiene muchos utensilios, es muy amplio y las camas super cómodas. Sinceramente es la mejor relación precio que pudimos obtener. Nancy es muy atenta, se puso en contacto desde semanas previas a nuestra llegada, nos paso información un día antes a nuestra llegada y el día que llegamos nos permitió entrar 1hr antes del check in. Las albercas muy limpias y el trato del personal del condominio es muy amable. Super recomendable.

El departamento de Ximena está amueblado y decorado con muy buen gusto, la cocina está muy bien equipada para cocinar lo que sea. Todo está impecable y Ximena amablemente gestionó nuestra entrada fuera de horario (a causa de nuestra llegada). Todo verdaderamente excelente!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Aunque fueron tan sólo 3 noches fueron vacaciones en familia para el recuerdo. Una estancia muy agradable Un departamento excelente.

El departamento está como se describe, zona muy tranquila y con facilidad acceso a Vidanta, solo le falta cosas básicas para cocinar si es que necesitas cocinar

El departamento es tal cual lo describen las fotos, fuimos una familia de 6 personas y estuvimos bastante cómodos, tiene todo lo necesario. En la zona hay varios restaurantes y bares a los alrededores y una entrada a la playa a solo unos minutos es auto. Recomiendo esta estancia!

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Todo fue excelente, me encantó, un lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso! tal cual aparece en las fotos. La Alberca calientita y la playa muy cerca😉. Además si caminas por fuera del condominio, todo lo encuentras restaurantes, Bares, Tacos, Oxxo, etc. Luis el anfitrión, muy bien! siempre amable. Muchas Gracias, espero volver pronto ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El departamento se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, sus amenidades son tal cual se anuncian. Enorme TV en la sala, cocina completa, refrigerador con maquina de hielos. Solamente un detalle con el estacionamiento interno pues no hay suficientes cajones de estacionamiento para la cantidad de departamentos, o por lo menos es lo que las personas de seguridad mencionan. Debes tener cuidado con la puerta de vidrio de la regadera ya que si oscila hacia afuera, es muy dificil regresarla, es buena idea que pongas la toalla en el borde.

Todo muy bien, tal cual como se ve en las fotos se encuentra el apartamento, la comunicación con Angel fue excelente.

Fue realmente acogedor y lindo, muy completo y funcional. La anfitriona súper atenta, solo hay que seguir las reglas externar al pie de la letra pero el apartamento fenomenal, así que si quieres pasar unos días agradables sin duda contra.

Todo perfecto lugar muy bonito pero el personal de seguridad en especial la señora que hace el aseo en el roof garden se cree la dueña del edificio te hace sentir como una persona que está ahí de gratis sin pagar estancia ya que no te deja mojar nada en el área de alberca y muy grosera y despota , Jorge muy buena persona es el del otro turno del personal de seguridad.

Muy padre estuvo, fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y nos la pasamos muy padre, súper cerca de la playa, restaurantes muy ricos a menos de 5 mins (El Faro por hacer spam). Está súper tranquilo el lugar, privado, la alberca está súper a gusto, y Rod siempre muy atento. Tuvimos un altercado y Rod luego luego al rescate, súper al pendiente :))

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.
