Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable in Angel's apartment, very good location. It is close to the public beach and there is an Oxxo and some very good tacos coming out of coto. It has everything you need to cook and we loved that the pool was just a few steps away. We hope to return!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Excellent place and highly recommended. Aldahir is a very good host. There was everything you needed to have a good stay. The pool is great and the building staff are very friendly. We definitely hope to return! The beach is just a few feet away and the area is very quiet, plus there's plenty to eat!! I recommend it at 100.

Beautiful apartment. Beautiful resort-like area. We got locked out briefly due to an issue with the door but the hosts fixed the issue quickly. Great response time by hosts!

Excellent place by the sea I would definitely come back

The place is much better than in the photographs, easy access, very friendly building staff, not heated pool but the view it has is the best, located 10 minutes walking to Playa de Nuevo Vallarta or if you take less time with the possibility of entering the parking lot on the beach ( $25 x hour) , VERY close and varied places ($) to consume food. The host at all times is very attentive to my questions. Completely recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was attentive at all times. It has an excellent location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. Parking is convenient. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Our stay was an excellent experience. We will definitely return. The entire apartment is impeccable, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Nicole is an excellent host and kept an eye on what was offered to us. She responds very quickly and is always very attentive and friendly. Nicole's apartment is in an excellent location within the complex as it is on the first floor a few steps from the pool and the beach. All the staff were very attentive and they treated us very well all the time. The food at the restaurant is excellent, everything is delicious. Another thing we loved is that despite being an apartment, it has all the hotel services, the drinks are taken to the pool and beach, as well as the food if you like. We are very happy.

We leave happy and convinced that we'll be back. The host is always friendly and attentive to any questions. The place is very pleasant and very safe all the time. Clean and comfortable common spaces. The tacos in front are delicious and the Oxxo is super practical. The beach is super close by. Definitely an excellent option.

Super great place and hosts! The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved that it was gated, made us feel safe and right on the beach was a plus! The pools were super nice as well. Overall, super worth the stay and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend Omar’s place. 🙂

Easy to get to apartment... At the entrance, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough loungers. With an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family... Your Hosts are very friendly, and respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!

The place is quite cozy and has everything you need to spend your stay without any problems; definitely having a washer and dryer is a plus, in particular it helped us a lot. The view is incredible; walking a little and going down a couple of slopes you can find the Amapas beach, a secluded and beautiful beach. As for cleaning 10/10. We leave satisfied and eager to return.
