The place is in an impeccable location, you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, convenience stores, a plaza no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment has too many household accessories, it has many utensils, it is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Honestly, it's the best price we could get. Nancy is very attentive, she contacted us weeks before our arrival, she gave us information the day before our arrival and the day we arrived she allowed us to enter 1 hour before check-in. The pools are very clean and the condominium staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Ximena's apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking anything. Everything is spotless and Ximena kindly managed our after-hours entrance (due to our arrival). Everything is truly excellent!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

The apartment is as described, very quiet area and with easy access to Vidanta, it only lacks basic things to cook if you need to cook

The apartment is as described in the photos, we were a family of 6 and we were quite comfortable, it has everything you need. In the area there are several restaurants and bars in the surroundings and a beach entrance just a few minutes away is by car. I recommend this stay!

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Everything was excellent, I loved it, a very quiet and beautiful place! Just as it appears in the photos. The pool is warm and the beach is very close😉. Also, if you walk outside the condominium, you will find everything, restaurants, bars, tacos, Oxxo, etc. Luis the host, very good! Always friendly. Thank you very much, I hope to return soon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is in perfect condition, its amenities are as advertised. Huge TV in the living room, full kitchen, refrigerator with ice machine. Just a detail with the internal parking lot as there are not enough parking drawers for the number of apartments, or at least that's what security people mention. You have to be careful with the glass door of the shower since if it oscillates outwards, it is very difficult to return it, it is a good idea to put the towel on the edge.

Everything was very good, just as you can see in the photos, the communication with Angel was excellent.

It was really cozy and nice, very complete and functional. The hostess is super attentive, you just have to follow the external rules to the letter, but the apartment is phenomenal, so if you want to spend a few pleasant days, it's definitely worth it.

Everything perfect very nice place but the security staff especially the lady who does the cleaning in the roof garden believes the owner of the building makes you feel like a person who is there for free without paying a stay since he does not let you wet anything in the pool area and very rude and despota , Jorge is the one of the other shift of the security staff.

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.
