Holiday rentals with beach access in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

Amazing view and roof top area with a gym. We had almost the whole building to ourself. 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to anything anyone would ever need. I did for some reason think it was a 3 bedroom as the 2 bedroom sqft is a little tight but amazing set up none the less and would highly recommend as well as great hosts and building staff

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia el la propiedad. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla super bien. La playa esta excelente, hay camastros y palapas para disfrutar de un buen día. Y por supuesto Alexndra es una excelente anfitrión. Siempre al pendiente de mis dudas. El departamento cuenta con un cajón de estacionamiento y llegamos en dos autos por lo que el personal se porto de maravilla ayudándonos con un cajón extra. En general todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Sin duda volvería.

Nos encantó el alojamiento, nos sentimos como en casa, ideal para disfrutar la terraza y la piscina privada, 100% recomendado para quien busque un espacio cómodo y relajante, gracias, sin duda volveremos!!!

Un lugar muy bonito, sumamente muy cómoda y a pie de playa, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia…. Lo único que no me convenció y que no me agrado es que aparte del pago de la estancia tienes que pagar más cosas y lo cual yo considero que deben de venir ya incluido en la reservación. Consejo: LEAN BIEN LAS REGLAS DE LA CASA!!!

Nos sentimos como en casa, departamento lindo, con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar, la alberca frente al depa fue nuestro lugar de relajación después de un día de playa, pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en familia sin duda vamos a volver.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Fue una estancia amena, privada, en una casa hermosa, en la cual te puedes pasar todo el día en ella sin necesidad de ir a la playa. Chalain, es un excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. 100% recomendable, no se arrepentirán :)

Awesome place house had everything we needed and the area was super quiet/clean. Definitely recommend it we loved it.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Excelente Propiedad, es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, super comoda, realmente te hace sentir que estás en casa. Tiene lo necesario para preparar tus propios alimentos. Cada detalle de la casa es increíble. Las amenidades del condominio son excelentes. La Atención que te brindadn es oportuna y rapida. Sin duda regresaremos con ellos. We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

You’re right in front of the beach, gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great bed, and the best part turned out to be the massive pools and jacuzzis with up front views of the ocean and the mountains. For a reasonable price I think this is one of the best in PV
