Holiday rentals with a patio in Llanes

A quiet area with privacy. The very nice, attentive and kind workers guide you to the room and tell you about it. Very rural, apartments together that look like a small town with its terraces and private areas. It has a park inside, picnic areas and communal barbecues. Just below the river and a different and peculiar path. We were very comfortable!! We'll definitely repeat😃

Everything was perfect. Selina sent us the location, places of interest, places to eat, and a lot of information a few days before. The apartment was spotless and had everything. Charming Selina. This reservation is a pleasure.

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

If you're looking for the definition of Spanish hospitality, you'll find it with Blanqui and Eduardo, Enrique's parents, who take care of the apartment. We didn't feel like AirBnB guests with them, but part of the family! Upon our arrival, Eduardo greeted us very kindly and helped us find a parking space. During the subsequent introduction to the apartment, he and Blanqui were beaming with joy. They were particularly great with our children, which really made us very happy. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around. Enrique also sent us a detailed list of companies that we found very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is lovingly renovated and nothing is missing. Small items for breakfast are available in the kitchen. The book room and balcony are particularly cosy. After two nights, we travelled on. However, we said goodbye as warmly as if it had been a year. We are already looking forward to our return!

We had a wonderful week in the apartment at Pido. It had all the facilities that a couple could need, and was located on the opposite side of the Rio Deva away from the main road which made it very peaceful. The view of the Fuente De cirque and mountains was stunning, giving us both sunrises and sunsets. The covered terrace to sit out was great. We walked to Espinama across the small footbridge through the village and trees, to both explore and make use of the small Spar shop and the shop selling local produce. We also brought bread from the van which comes to Pido in the mornings. An ideal location for exploring the Camelano valley on the many trails and also to get to the higher mountains of the Picos.

Clean and tidy cottage in a quiet location in a pretty seaside village. The cottage overlooks the sea and has its’ own terrace to sit and enjoy the views. Easy walking to bars and restaurants and to the old town. There are lovely beaches nearby (including dinosaur footprints) and longer coastal walks for the more adventurous. The cottage appears to be an old fisherman’s cottage and had all we needed for our stay - but note it does not have access to wifi.

We've been very comfortable. Jorge was a great host, he answered us right away if we had any questions and he was attentive to our comfort. Highly recommended😊.

ideal place to enjoy the countryside, tranquility and visit natural paradises. in addition to having many routes. the house is spacious and with everything you could need to spend a few days there. an incredible garden that you can enjoy sunbathing or having a barbecue. Teresa, the host, has been very nice and friendly, in addition to facilitating information and places to enjoy in the surroundings. Definitely a place to repeat and from which you will not want to leave.

The village is quite quiet and too country to take a hike or walk. The house was comfortable, had everything and was very good and warm for the huge space the house had. I wish I had taken advantage of the barbecue and the garden I had. We took a 4kg dog and had as much fun as the 4 of us. Eva's kindness has been magnificent, and how attentive she has always been and with the directions. With a mentality of being able to repeat again.

Two families with a total of 3 children. We spent some incredible days surrounded by nature and with access to the main attractions. Also Arenas de Cabrales (6 minutes away), it has everything you need. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds and spaces suitable for the number of people. We definitely loved it and would definitely repeat. Thank you so much.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can get there easily and you can also visit the villages a bit with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of space. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was impeccably clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the views of the garden are spectacular. We especially want to highlight the welcome from the hosts, who were warm and attentive from the start. Your service has been exceptional. We would repeat without hesitation!

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful apartment, very new, spacious. No problems at all with ambient noise. Great bed and lovely shower. Kitchen fully equipped. And a nice balcony!! And Fernando was very service oriented.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.
