Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood right near the Tunnel of Trees, Pond Hill Farm, near downtown Harbor Springs, 8 minutes to Boyne Highlands and other top northern Michigan attractions. 😄 Please read before booking: During the severe ice storm in April a tree went through our hot tub, and we are doing our best to replace it. This space is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from Boyne Highlands and 1/2 mile North of the Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. **To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. Seriously. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.
