Attached game room and bar area with pellet stove, pool table, hot tub, ping pong, treadmill, game table and air hockey table. Lots of room to roam. Located about 4 miles to Treetops Golf Course, 3 miles to Pigeon River Forrest and 10 miles to downtown Gaylord. Come north and enjoy some mushroom picking, elk and deer viewing! Worth the stay.....come see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

Harbor Springs hilltop home.

This space is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from Boyne Highlands and 1/2 mile North of the Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. **To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. Seriously. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.
