Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Accommodation with balcony and amazing views of the entire city. The maisonette is located in a lovely garden and has both a balcony and a large terrace. This one is centrally located in the Old City with varied restaurants at the end of the street. You will have a very comfortable double bed, bathroom, toilet, TV, Nespresso machine, storage and work spaces, etc. A kitchen is available. Public parking nearby.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.
