Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Wiselka Holiday House- 1,4km zumStrand/Kamin+Sauna

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Tiny Lebehn House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and evening meal.

It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), kitchen, 4 bathrooms with showers and 35 sq meters fireplace room. We offer a hot relaxing bath in a banya, a wood-fired sauna and a graduation tower. THESE SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bicycles available. The property is located in the Natura 2000 area, and an 8 km bicycle path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

The private NORDICSPA consists of an electric sauna to be heated on the property in the shepherd's wagon and a hot tub, which is, as in Finland, to be heated with wood.

From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
