absolutely amazing! super close to everything I wanted to do, Colin was easily available if I needed him. apartment was exactly as advertised, will definitely book again next year!

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Lisa's place was nicely laid out, in a quiet area, and had perfect amenities. It is industrial and you can hear the water running through the exposed ceiling. I greatly appreciated the open space and storage.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

We had to make a last-minute change, due to issues with our original reservation; and I am so glad we did! The house was beautiful, inside and out. We arrived late and Rebecca left a light on for us (how sweet is that?!). The house is spacious with plenty of room for private quiet time as well as getting together with everyone. All of the rooms were pristine clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms had plenty of blankets, and bathrooms had lots of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The outside was beautifully landscaped and equipped with lots of outdoor seating and lights. We had visiting deer, that made a bed in the backyard one evening. Evidence of the peacefulness of this house. A bonus of this house is the chalkboard wall, which my grandkids and kids really enjoyed. I can honestly say there is nothing negative I can say about our stay there. We had a wonderful time and am extremely grateful to Rebecca for sharing this gem of a house.

Lovely home in a lovely area. So quiet and peaceful and close to walkable restaurants. Home was extremely clean and stocked with high end dishes and linens. Bed was extremely comfortable. As someone who suffers with insomnia, I slept like a rock for our two nights there! Danielle and Craig were very responsive and timely in their instructions for check-in and check-out. We hope to be able to stay there again next time we are town for business or family functions. Also, fresh flowers in kitchen and bedroom were a much-appreciated touch! :)

Bill & Rick were very accommodating and great communicators. They were responsive and available. They provide a pet friendly space that is very clean with everything you need. They even left us a welcome gift with pet treats and cookies. We recommend and will be back.

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. The backyard was so big, well kept, and I sat out there every morning on the deck watching my pup run and play. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but we did get to sit under the trees with my sister and enjoy the afternoon. Both sides of neighbors were friendly and quiet and because of the layout of the lawn, we could also set ourselves up for privacy.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
