Beachfront holiday rental in Novalja

Super schönes Apartment, Strand direkt vor der Türe. Sehr liebe Eigentümer. Genau so wie auf den Bildern. sauber und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder.

The appartment is very nice and modern and the view from the terrace is splendid. The appartment is 22 km far from Novalja (Zrce beach). Mrs Vrdoljak is very kind and her daughter too. They were helpful and welcoming ! I recommand :-)

We have been here the second year in a row. It was as great as last year!! The house is in a remote location with no neighbours within 500m but direct access to the sea. Very calm and peaceful. The house is great for a family of four. Maja and her sister are friendly and very helpful hosts. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a calm surronding, we highly recommend the house (again)!

We loved it here. Came spontaneously for two nights, everything was super uncomplicated. The Apartment was really nice, the beach is very close, lots of sheep and the landscape is just stunning. We would come back.

This place was amazing! The best part is having your own private beach, just a 30-second walk from the house – you step out the door and you're already by the sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private yard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The beach was all ours with no one else around. The host speaks excellent English and was always available to answer questions and help out. There are lots of national parks nearby, and Zadar is only about an hour’s drive. Groceries and restaurants are also easy to reach by car (20-30 minutes).

Es hat alles ganz wunderbar und ich werde sehr gerne diese Unterkunft wieder einmal buchen und kann sie auch sehr empfehlen 👍🏻🤩🏆🏵️

Vedran’s place is excelent. We have a 2 year old boy and ground floor apartment was the best choice. He could access great playground in front of the house on his own.

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einfach wunderbar! Direkt am türkisfarbenen Meer, ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Landstück. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub, um zusammen zu kochen, grillen und essen! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schwimmen, schnorcheln oder auch mit einem Kanu/SUP raus gehen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur liebt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den umliegenden Orten mit Restaurants, Markt, Supermärkten und Stränden.

è stata una settimana splendida, l'appartamento è spazioso e veramente perfetto, fornito di tutto il necessario per garantire una permanenza perfetta. certamente non ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, e per visitare o fare la spesa è indispensabile la macchina, ma noi cercavamo proprio questo. la vista dal terrazzo è impareggiabile, una di quelle che si ricordano per sempre con un sospiro di malinconia!

Camping bardzo przyjazny dzieciom, na miejscu są dostępne baseny, place zabaw, restauracje oraz miłe miejsca do pobytu na plaży. Sam domek jest położony blisko wody w spokojniejszej części campingu. W domku znajduje się wszystko czego potrzeba, na zewnątrz można nawet użyć pralki oraz suszarki, która jest częścią wyposażenia. Byliśmy z dwójka dzieci w wieku 4 i 5 lat i spaliśmy bardzo wygodnie każdy miał miejsce dla siebie. Serdecznie polecam gospodarze są bardzo mili, szybko odpowiadają na pytania i zawsze służą pomocą ☺️

Ein Appartement Haus mit allem was einen Urlaub am Meer schön macht: Toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Aussenflächen, Aussendusche und ganz klares Wasser. Zusätzlich sehr freundliche Gastgeber..... wunderbar!

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Prizna 3. Marinka is super sympathiek, alsook haar dochter. Heel openhartige mensen. Het appartement ligt vlakbij de zee, aan een zalig rustig baaitje. Heerlijk om daar te zwemmen. Het zwembad in de achtertuin was ook zalig. Het appartement zelf was helemaal prima. Alles is redelijk basic, maar het appartement heeft een ruime en lichte living. Het zicht op zee is ook fantastisch. Elke avond ook een prachtige zonsondergang. Het bed in de living is een gewone zetel om op te slapen. Vlakbij is er de overzetboot naar eiland Pag. In de hoofdstraat staat daar soms een lange rij auto's, maar als bewoner kan je naast de file rijden en het baaitje binnenrijden. Je hebt daar dus totaal geen last van. Een leuke plek om van daaruit verschillende dingen te gaan bezoeken. Super dankjewel dat we bij jou mochten logeren, Marinka. Het was een zalige week, we wilden graag nog langer blijven. We hebben er heel erg van genoten.

Unterkunft war sauber, Preisleistungsverhältnis war Excellent

Alles hat gepasst. Für das Geld würde ich garantiert wieder kommen.

The place is very nice and clean, it's 20mins Walk from zrce Beach. Pool is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

the apartment is average but we only slept there as the grounds amenities are perfect so why would you want to be inside. We met Mate and he was very nice and welcoming. thank you and I'm sure we'll stay again when we come back to Croatia.

Was für ein wunderbares Haus! Bestens ausgestattet, tolle Aufteilung und unvergleichliche Lage. Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Allein die Lage, der Weg zum Meer, die Gastfreundschaft von Stanko ist beeindruckend und ein Grund für einen wiederholten Aufenthalt bei Stanko.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, wo man seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Das Haus ist wunderschön geputzt und perfekt ausgestattet. Top Lage, tolle Terrasse. Die Gastgeber haben bei dieser Unterkunft an alles gedacht.

We Absolutely loved the place and it’s location. The communication with the host was great, timely and whilst we made a terrible mistake with the room allocation the host was kind and understanding and we really appreciated it.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig! Super Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht. Ein Traum-Schotterstrand direkt vorm Haus. Ein Stückchen fußläufig entlang kommt man zu 3 Konobas und an den belebteren Strand. Noch ein bisschen weiter zu einer Piratenschiff-Bar mit ausgezeichneten Drinks. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist sauber und günstig! Alles in Allem war unser Urlaub Mitte Juni perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet und wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorragend ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse über das Meer auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Pag - herrliche Sonnenuntergänge! Die Fähre nach Pag lag direkt im Ort, weiter unterhalb - die Überfahrt lohnt sich sehr. Prizna ist ein kleines, äußerst ruhiges Dörfchen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Nord-Dalmatien zu erkunden (Plitvicer Seen, Paklenica Schlucht, Velebit Gebirge, Inseln Pag und Rab, Zadar etc.). Die Kommunikation mit Jens und Lida war herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert und sie hatten schöne Tips für uns parat.

We spent a wonderful holiday in Melani's House. It is wonderfully quiet, very close to the ocean. The equipment is of the finest, it is really everything available! Melani and Edo welcomed us personally even though we arrived well after check-in time and showed us the house and explained everything. We can recommend it unreservedly and will be happy to come back. Hvala!

Superb location! Walkable to Zrće beach. Ubers to the beach or Novalja range from 5-15 euros Spent much time enjoying the view from the balcony. Host Slavica was great and responsive, flexible with us checking in around midnight due to our delayed flights. Even left us a gift of food due to shops being closed the following day. Massive thanks. Flat was very clean and comfortable. 2 kingsize beds and a sofa. Wifi worked occasionally, mostly relied on mobile data. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would come again.
