A small, modern apartment without a balcony on the second floor of a new stylish house. It is only 50 m from the sea. The location is ideal for swimming and walks on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and a bedroom, and the smaller kitchenette has everything you need to prepare food. It is perfect for time spent as a couple. To ensure you have no worries even if you arrive late, you will find refreshing water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the first morning and a single-use shower gel in the bathroom.

It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, balcony. It has about 30 m2, free parking, wifi, and barbecue in the yard. The bedroom has a double bed for two people, and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out into a twin-sized bed. It is about 150-200 meters from the beach, as far as the bus stop that runs to Zrce. To the center about 750 m.

The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
