Very good location. It's a small studio, but well done and well located. The structure of the building and the accesses are amazing. Other than that, the host's communication is very good, everything went incredibly well

Great porters ...very polite several sights near the apartment ...with several restaurants and markets around ...I went every day to have breakfast at Polo do Açaí (I turned to the owner's friend)

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

I was surprised by the ease of check-in, both in the car park and in the apartment. Everything is clean, new and looks like it's just been opened. For practicality, at street level (same building), there was a cafe, a market and a pharmacy. On the same street, several bars, but none of them kept us awake. In the complex, there was a small swimming pool, sauna and a self-service beer maker. Good TV, but it had a trick to turn it on and off (under the screen, there was a button, because the remote control wouldn't turn it off or on). Finally, for longer stays, the only thing missing was a microwave.

We are in love with Luggo! I stayed with my three-year-old son and we couldn't have been more satisfied! The facilities are excellent, everything is very new, clean and organized! The common areas are excellent: clean and safe swimming pool for children, which was my biggest concern; very well-equipped gym; wonderful kitchen, with excellent utensils; we did not use the game room and laundry, but I saw that they are great too. The building is in a prime location, with a supermarket on the corner, bars and restaurants nearby. Next to it, there is a playground that is perfect for children to have fun. The Studio is beautiful and comfortable, with excellent mattress, pillows and bedding. The bathroom is great, with an amazing shower. But best of all are the staff who are super kind, helpful and attentive. I'll definitely come back more often! Thank you Luggo team!

I simply loved the place. The building is new, all technological. The apartment is clean, super new, with all the utensils and also bathing amenities. The apartment is a great size. The building has a swimming pool, gym, kitchen, co-working and communal laundry. There was even a self-service beer tap that we loved. The kitchen space also has a pool table, video game, etc. Hosts responded quickly. Everyone in the building is very friendly. The stay was perfect. I fell in love with the site!
