Holiday rentals with lake access in Nova Lima

The atmosphere was really oq showed in the photos , a quiet place and an interesting decoration. The only thing we missed were dish cloths in the kitchen. But we had a great experience

We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, they were helpful and codial! The space was very clean and everything was very well equipped. The place is very beautiful and positively marked our turn of the year.

Impeccable and surprising! We spent a delicious weekend at this accommodation, it matches the photos exactly, but it still surprised me a lot with so much beauty! Wonderful and very cozy place. The waterfall is really close and wonderful! Luiza is a great host, she responded to messages quickly, and was very polite! We intend to return for sure! recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful experience staying in the house! It is exactly as advertised and even more beautiful at sunset. The house is comfortable, wide, without stairs, well-equipped and perfect for resting. The location was easy to find with the uploaded videos. The Hosts were extremely attentive and always available to ask questions and help with whatever was needed. We went on a sunless cloudy day to heat the pool so we couldn't use it, but the hydro heated with the gas could use both day and night and it was warm. We will definitely be staying in the house again.

Maria Aparecida , Cida , is a very charismatic and attentive host. Always seeks to serve and contribute to the maximum with questions and information. We are very comfortable in your residence, which in turn is surrounded by nature and a lot of tranquility. The town hall reminded me of my childhood when I was going to the farm of my grandpa. I didn't feel so well in a long time. House typically mineira, chic in its simplicity. Aconchegante, clean and the whim is noticeable in the smallest detail. Mineiros , in particular , understood. The whole lawn area and the landscaping is a differential. Illuminated and insolar days with cool and foggy nights and mornings. Great for sleeping well ! Ideal for those looking to rest. We recommend to those with Pet(s), ours have loved! We'll be back for sure !

I recommend it and I intend to return when I return to BH. xasa is quiet and has a pleasant, homey atmosphere.

The house surprised my expectations, it was thought and decorated the last details. I initially rented the house to go to the Uaiimi waterfall, make my pictures of pregnant women, but the house is so beautiful that we prefer to take the photos in the house. The house has all the necessary items, the experience was sensational, we will definitely come back more often.

I took a group to test and the place was ideal for them to rest. It had everything that was announced, the group liked the location, even went for a walk, and the host answered us very well, very friendly, being solicitous to our requests.

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

Although we only stayed one day, I think the stay was great! The space matches the description, and Alice was always very helpful and made us feel super comfortable. Not to mention the treats. I recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

We stayed at the site with a group of friends and the experience was amazing! The place is beautiful, very spacious and perfect for moments of leisure and rest. Monique and Zezé were extremely helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with what was needed. The site is also super well equipped, with many utensils that made our stay easier. Without a doubt, a place we want to go back and that we recommend.

We spent Christmas week with the family at the farm. There are plenty of rooms and a spacious living room, great for dining in a large group. The place is in an area with rural characteristics in Contagem and is located on a beautiful property, with a lot of nature. The host does everything to make arrival easier, which is by dirt road, and welcomed us with coffee and explanations. The little kids loved the chickens, the cows, swinging in the hammocks and having fun with the horses. Adults enjoyed the barbecue and nature. A wood stove would be interesting. It's a country house, so the internet was sometimes unstable and as it's the rainy season and it rained a lot, there was a leak in the living room and kitchen, but not in the bedrooms. The only reservation was a Christmas party with loud music and no break on a nearby property, which lasted until dawn and sometimes you could hear a little noise from the breaker. But Rodrigo's attention to our well-being and the caretaker's help were great for a family vacation.

We had a fantastic experience, the place is simply WONDERFUL, very well cared for and with a breathtaking view. The surrounding countryside is amazing, providing a super quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The house is beautiful, the living room super inviting for a movie at the end of the day. The clean, cozy rooms, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, smelling and clean bedding, bathrooms were also clean and have sensational showers. The High Point is an outdoor area, a delicious kitchen with everything you need, a spectacular pool and overlooking a closed forest and a stunning hot tub. The owner was a loving person, super attentive, kind and willing to do his utmost to make the stay comfortable. Her hospitality was impeccable, and I felt like home from start to finish. There was a lot of flexibility with check-in and checkout times. This has been my best stay on Airbnb so far, we want to go back.

Since before renting the place, Helder was very helpful and answered all questions. The place is a delight, very much like a farmhouse, with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, all the necessary kitchen utensils (including an Airfryer) and the rooms had a good space, accommodating 8 people easily and up to 12 people using the mattresses already available in the farmhouse. The en-suite is a show apart, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The sauna was a nice differential. The globe light and the sound box made a difference in our nights. Helder was attentive to every detail, from the initial instructions to check-in, providing all the necessary information about the house and its surroundings. The neighborhood is also great, a condominium with a doorman and security, and a nearby market (about a 15-minute walk). Helder left a meat to cook on the barbecue as a gift and wrote a caring message to welcome us. Spending New Year's there was our group's best choice! Recommended!

The place is wonderful! Gourmet space integrated with the house and swimming pool, impeccable facilities. Hotel-like bed linens, fully equipped kitchen. You don't need to bring anything. Thomaz is very polite and helpful, he takes special care of the guests and Mr. João is very nice, every day he takes care of the gardens and the pool, leaving everything organized. We love it! This is the third time we've stayed and we'll be back more often.

We went in 10 people and the house treated us super well! The fact that it had 5 en-suites gave more comfort and privacy to everyone who went. The condo is very close to Belo Horizonte and very easy to get to. We were well received from the condominium entrance to the reception at the house with treats in the bedroom. Rosângela is super attentive and always responded quickly to all questions. The condominium is quiet and you can see the lake from the house. The house is very complete and we didn't miss anything.

The house gives access to the lake and it was possible to fish and kayak with the support of a very gentle neighbor. We had a very good experience! Everyone liked it. Adélia and Gilmar, who take care of the house, are kind. Adélia's service was great, we counted on her to make breakfast and lunch, which was very convenient. She cooks super well and is super nice. All great. I would go back super! From what everyone said, it's a place full of good memories, which you can feel in the air :)
