In the living room/kitchen there is a sofa bed 160 cm and a bunk bed with 90 cm wide beds. Two rooms with double bed 160 cm and shower/toilet. In total there are 8 beds. Wifi. Patio with wonderful lake view, barbecue available. Cleaning is done by the guest. Bedding can be rented for an extra fee paid on site. Unfortunately, no animals can come along.

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!
