Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rentals

Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. Nice sauna can be rented for 600 sek - needs to be booked at least one day in advance. Takes 4-6 hours to heat. Own car or rental car is required. Or transport by taxi. No bus connection available. Nearest grocery store is in Kiruna C (15 km) or in Jukkasjärvi (10 km).
