This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Treetop Ekne - cottage on pilings

Stay in a cabin on stilts out on the mountain and feel the feeling of “hovering over the water”. Cook in the cabin's kitchen, or on the fireplace out on the terrace. Feel the warmth in the cabin, when you fire up the oven. The experience of simple life allows for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

Small cozy cottage in the woods by a lake. 4 beds. 14 km from Kiruna C. 10 km to Ice hotel. Perfect to see midnight sun in summer and northern lights in winter. Peace and relaxation. Nice sauna can be rented for 600 sek - needs to be booked at least one day in advance. Takes 4-6 hours to heat. Own car or rental car is required. Or transport by taxi. No bus connection available. Nearest grocery store is in Kiruna C (15 km) or in Jukkasjärvi (10 km).
