For those who wish to explore more, there are both canoes and bikes available for your use, allowing you to experience the surrounding nature in entirely new ways. The practical power outlet is perfect for charging your mobile phone, and the cabin is equipped with a compost toilet and a simple wash basin with 5 liters of water ((wood stove for heating), (free parking), (20-minute walk to the bus stop)). Fairytale lake

The igloo is only a 15-minute drive from the city Larvik. After a short stroll of 1-2 minutes from parking, you arrive at the igloo, which is more or less located on the water! You will get the feeling of floating above the lake while being surrounded by tall tree crowns and a hilly terrain!   With your own lake at your doorstep, you have excellent opportunities for swimming. The lake is deep, so you can jump in straight from shore. During winter, you get an enchanting view, and you have both a bonfire and good chairs available for those crispy cold nights.   Be aware that our igloos have no electricity or running water. This is a beautiful back to nature experience with the luxury of a hotel room. The wood stove is your heating source, and you’ll have unlimited amount of wood available, so keep it warm!

Treehugger of Aurskog

45 minutes outside Oslo by car, or accessible by public transportation in an hour, you can stay in this cozy igloo in Aurskog and have the forest all to yourself.   Spruce trees are dominating the vegetation, but the igloo is placed in an open landscape. You might just wake up to see a moose peacefully enjoying the sunrise, as this area has a high density of Norway’s national animal.   You will check in with the host at a farm close by, and from there have an easy walk of 10 minutes into the forest to find the igloo. The farm in which you check in is an alpaca farm, so if your heart beats for these fascinating animals, an alpaca walk can be a perfect activity to combine with a stay in the igloo.

The cabin is located in a beautiful spot by Drammensfjorden. It has beautiful fjord views and very good sun conditions. The property houses the main cabin that is used by the host, annex (mini house) which is a room with double bed rented out, outdoor kitchen and outdoor terrace under the roof with barbecue possibility and terrace heating. The bathroom and toilet are shared between the host and guests. These are located in a separate annex (mini-house) with a combustion toilet and urinal. Clean bed sheets and towels provided. Leave the cabin in the same condition as it was when you arrived.

A charming mountain farm with simple standard. Here you can relax in beautiful nature and green surroundings. There's a lot of history in the walls. The historic St. Thomas Church is located right next door. Simple but cozy rooms. Shared shower. Large drying room, and a clean and charming outhouse! Veslehytta is a liti camping cabin. There is a bunk bed, a table, two chairs, a fridge and a kitchen counter. On the bench there is a double hot plate and a water cooker. In the kitchen cabinet there is a little selection of table linens. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but bedding is NOT included. It can be added for NOK 150 per bed. There is a shared toilet facility with shower. You can borrow a rowboat, canoe, or paddleboards, or go for a walk in Tyttebærløypa.

The view offers a wide panorama of the north coast of Senja Island The decoration of the lodge refers to the polar expeditions of Olivier, who meticulously chose some photos from his personal collection. The choice of natural materials for the layout and furniture was made to last over time and offer charm and comfort.

The view offers, in the background, a vast panorama of the north coast of Senja Island, about ten kilometers away.
