Holiday rentals with a kayak in Norway

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and we were warmly welcomed. Odd Bjarne is very friendly and accommodating, we got along very well and got many tips for activities and hikes. The contact was straightforward and he responded quickly when we had questions. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back!

Thank you very much for the opportunity to rent this wonderful house. Everything was very harmoniously decorated with great attention to detail. You can relax delightfully in the sauna and hot tub and relax in the swing overlooking the water. Our favorite place was the seat "in" the window. We would gladly came back. Thanks for everything

Truly such an amazing place to stay! It fits the secluded but still accessible vibe. The surroundings felt intimate and so beautiful but still a short drive from grocery stores and 25 minutes from the city centre! I stayed for my honeymoon with my husband and it was perfect! Had everything listed and we felt right at home! A wonderful gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

we had a great time staying at Arilds . house is well equipped , clean, warm. enjoyed sauna in the evening , had a swim in a sea . Views are just breathtaking. cought few fish of the jetty. Rented a big boat for a couple of days . boat is in very good condition, reliable good on fuel . hope to be back soon . 5 🌟

The setting is breathtaking. We loved everything about our stay, from the friendliness of our hosts to the animals on the farm. The house is thoughtfully laid out and extremely comfortable. We loved the bed, the extra blankets for lounging on the sofa, the fantastic shower AND the soaking tub. This was the perfect place to decompress. I can see why Siri has so many repeat guests!

A Norwegian accommodation, as it is in the book! We really felt very comfortable and were sad when we had to move on. Sitting by the water in the evening and enjoying the view, starting point for various hikes or walks into the village - we were never bored. Despite the steep staircase, it is also highly recommended for families with small children: there are stair gates, a high chair and the animals in the garden are an attraction. Helen is very friendly and always helps. Thank you, happy to come back!

Beautiful place to escape to enjoy nature. The cabin, hot tub, and sauna were lovely and we hope to stay here again soon. Highly recommend.

I spent 4 days at Tor Helge’s cabin and had a perfect stay. The place is calm, private, and the view is just amazing! The property goes down to the shore and my dog enjoyed walking up and down to the boat house and smelling the rabbits which I actually saw around. The house is really comfortable with all that you could need. Communication with Tor Helge was very friendly and pleasant and he made sure I had all I needed. He also left a list of places to visit, and I went to most of them, and they were just amazing local gems. I highly recommend staying here and I do hope to come back again in the future.

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

I liked the tranquil winter cabin setting next to the water, and surely in the summer it would be more lively full of people on the water doing recreational holiday activities. I would definitely recommend it for either scenario very much so.

We had a great time at Julian’s place ! Ideal to take a break from the busy world. The location is outstanding and the hut cozy and clean. On top we enjoyed kayaking, fishing as well as a barbecue on the terrace with a stunning view 🤗 Thank you for the great experience !

Fantastic cabin and very generous accomodation!

What a small, beautiful gem by the river. The cottage absolutely sweetened our last stop of our tour and surprised us. We thought it was so much nicer than the pictures showed. Everything is very well maintained, from the garden, boat to kitchen and bathroom. It was impressively clean and looked like first occupancy. Everything you need has been thought of: new candles, dishwashing tabs, new dishwashing sponge, etc. We had experienced this differently before. But in particular, Eirin and Rolf provided the house with loving details, which we were very happy about. There were fresh flowers on the table, the heaters were turned on beforehand and we could spend the evening comfortably by candlelight. We had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Eirin and Rolf. It was nice to meet you. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful, nice host and perfect stay!

We had a great time at Madeleine's cabin. The proximity to the water and the view was absolutely fantastic. It was clean and nice and tidy when we arrived. Swimming from the jetty, a small boat and kayaks were also available. We lit the fire and enjoyed ourselves inside on a rainy day. We would definitely recommend this cabin and will gladly return.
