The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

This second story of our guest house is equipped with essential amenities, a microwave, a small fridge, and a freezer, making it easy to prepare light meals or snacks. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whenever you desire. With a separate entrance, you’ll have the privacy you need to fully enjoy your stay. We’re excited to welcome you to our guest house. Note there are stairs to get to the unit.

This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience. Hot tub in shared backyard available with advance request at no extra charge!
