We loved our stay at Darlington!! The host was so responsive, everything went smoothly. 10/10 the hot tub was a great touch for both adults and kids! Would absolutely stay again!!!

It's a great house, perfect for large groups. Plenty of quality spaces to gather together in or to spend some quiet time. The pool was great - larger than expected - but it was the grounds that surpassed all expectations. They're extensive and well- maintained with wonderful views.

Russell and Clare are great hosts who have created comfortable, well-appointed accommodation which is warm and cosy in winter and I imagine light and airy in summer. The beds were lush. The shower is great - powerful and consistent temperature. Eppleby is peaceful with walks from the cottage, a local shop & tea room - very friendly - and pub. It's a great location for exploring Richmondshire and Co. Durham. We had a relaxing short break at The Old Milk House and hope to return.

We were a group of nine celebrating a 60th and couldn't fault our trip to Upsall Cottage. Communication was excellent Phil guided us on where to go with great advice also explained everything about the house. We were delighted with the table set up for our gathering and the provisions provided were fabulous, beer, wine, pizzas , pods for the coffee maker, fruit and flowers and more. Beds were clean and comfy and rooms were super. We had an amazing time made better by Phils hospitality and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Cannot fault the place at all. Exactly as described. Penny was very quick to respond and very clear as to where everything would be and how to access the property on arrival. A beautifully kept property in a beautiful area. Penny left a couple of bottles of milk in the fridge and a delicious lemon drizzle for our arrival. She had thought of everything with regard the kitchen and, unlike some places, everything worked and the knives were sharp. Comfy bed and pillows, huge towels and loads of space even with six adults. Will definitely return if Penny will have us.

Beautiful place so relaxing just what we needed as a family to regroup and recharge our batteries. Very well equipped with all the essentials made use of the washing machine and airer and ironing board and iron. Great wfi. Hot tub was lovely and the veiws from it.

The house was very nice and exactly as described. Adefunke was a pleasant and helpful host. We did have some queries and they were responded to quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable and wardrobe space was excellent in all rooms. The house is well kept and was perfect for three old golfers to use as a base for four days.

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

Second stay at Kendra’s property and two more booked for later in the year. Great location, easy walk into town and accessible to all major routes. Kendra is very friendly and accommodating, will even make sure you have provisions if requested on arrival. The house is very well presented and in a quiet location.

Sedgefield is a pleasant market town and the house is very conveniently situated on the Square near its centre. The Co-op is just across the road and there are numerous pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very well appointed and Vicky our host went out of her way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely place to stay. So easy to find and exactly how it was described. Thoughtful finishing touches and impeccably clean!

This was our second stay and was perfect . We had our son, his wife and baby with us this time and wondered if we’d have enough room for us all but it was fine, plenty of space for us all and Milo (the dog). Even has two parking spaces. Thank again😍

Amazing location, easy walk up onto the moors or into Rosedale along the river valley. Beautifully restored and fitted out. Everything tool you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen. Peaceful seating area out the back and we loved seeing the rabbits and hearing the owls.

Booked Martyn’s property last min as 1 of 2 we had to rebook due to a diff booking last min cancellation for a large party - so Martyn’s place was so helpful with being very responsive and the property was great and very clean! Would definitely rebook if we need to in Norton again :)

36 Colchester, Norton was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to questions. The location was near shops and restaurants.

This was a short notice stay and thanks to Marielles speedy communication everything went like clockwork. Lovely home and a lovely host. Would have no issues in recommending to others.

Josh's house was lovely- lots of space and thoughtfully well-equipped. Josh was great at keeping in touch and ensuring we had a good stay. It was warm and comfortable and we would definitely return to such a special place.
