Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northside

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. This was my first time visiting St. Thomas, and having such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay truly made all the difference — and this place was perfect. Emily is amazing - I accidentally left my iPad behind, and sending it back to me. Thank you so much!

10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The view over the ocean is spectacular and we ate outside on the deck almost every night admiring the sunset and then the stars. The small pool was refreshing. We had ample space for our two teens, each with their own rooms. The house was also very clean and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The house could use some maintenance— the outside doors, some stove burners didn’t work, towel rods loose/came down, etc. And perhaps not great choice if you have small kids (deck railing is loosely protective…) or don’t like stairs. But these small issues didn’t detract for us from the pristine views, comfortable rooms, and clean relaxing vibe of the house. And Joanne was always responsive and helpful! Overall the house helped make this a great St Thomas vacation, we looked forward to returning to it each day.

Mark was a fantastic host. We felt very welcome from the start, and Mark was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The property is beautiful and very unique - be prepared for birds, frogs, and unique plants! Would highly recommend!

Dionne’s spot was awesome. It was close proximity to any area on the island and easy to find. The view of the harbor was absolutely out of this world and we enjoyed watching storms roll in. The kitchen is well equipped and each room is stocked with towels. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return to Dionne’s! The symphony of frogs singing each night was the icing on the cake.

This was my initial visit to St. Thomas, VI, and I am truly thankful that we chose this rental. After exploring much of the island, I believe this Air B&B is situated in a safer location compared to many others. It is within a gated community and offers stunning views that are accurately represented in the photos. In fact, it is even more impressive in reality! David proved to be an exceptional and accommodating host, providing us with assistance even after we left. The property was immaculate and matched the description, if not exceeding it. It also offered a sense of privacy.

Juelis always displays great hospitality and thoughtfulness. She was especially helpful when I needed to extend my stay due to an issue with the airlines. Always thankful for the qualities she exudes as a host. Thank you! 🙏

Very great place and memorable experience. The host was very responsive and made the stay comfortable.

Our stay was very pleasant. The Airbnb matched the photos exactly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback was the nighttime noise from nearby air traffic and street activity, which was somewhat disruptive. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations.

Larik's place was perfect for us. Easy walk to good restaurants and 3 minute drive to Pueblo's grocery store. Clean and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. Can't eat out for every meal, so a well equipped kitchen was important to us. Any questions were immediately answered by Larik. We liked the convenience of being in French town and having a dedicated parking spot was a plus. Six minutes to airport and Lindberg Beach. I would suggest that future guests go to google map and drop a pin on the building immediately to the right of the St. Ann's Chapel. Google map will take you right there. When we return to the beautiful island, hopefully the unit will be available. Thank you Larik for a wonderful week!

Alexa’s place was amazing. When I first started using Airbnb years ago, this is what it was about. Unique places with tons of character in amazing locations. Alexa was very kind a responsive and we felt right at home. We stayed two nights but I could easily stay a week here just to enjoy the space and tranquility. Really an awesome place!

By far the best bnb I have ever been to. The view is incredible, and the house is super clean and welcoming. Finding it initially was a little difficult but once you find it it’s super easy to remember. The hosts were great! You would have no idea they are even there unless you needed help from them. They are very kind and helped us when we had an issue(not with the house), which they did not need to do. The deck is awesome, complimentary drinks, clean pool/hot tub. I really can’t say enough good things. The bed is insanely comfortable, and the tv lets you connect to all your steaming services. Within 15 minutes to all the best beaches and restaurants on this side of the island. I will 100% be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Pay attention people! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This gorgeous space exceeded all my expectations and I am so happy I stumbled upon it. The hosts are absolutely lovely- kind, generous, funny, flexible, I could go on and on. If it’s available- BOOK IT!! NOW!!! DO IT!!

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

Stacey was a fabulous host and our stay was accommodating and clean! She made thoughtful recommendations to us upon our arrival of places to go which were helpful since it was our first time on the island. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Each room felt spacious and the balcony gave us beautiful sunrises to watch while we drank coffee in the morning. The pool is steps away from the front door which was also such another great convenience. Would highly recommend booking with Stacey!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Located within the gated golf community of Mahogany Run, we felt very safe and secure. The condo was extremely clean and the view and surroundings were just beautiful. The value for what we paid was great. It was just the two of us, but we could have easily shared the place with another couple. The way that the property is laid out provides plenty of privacy. We will absolutely consider staying here again upon our return to St Thomas. Covered parking is definitely a plus! Loved everything about this place! The views of the morning sunrise and evening sunset from patio were beautiful and a perfect place to start and end day. Living room was very comfortable and a nice place to chill, relax and tell stories of the day without mosquitoes. We all thought (4) the bedroom air conditioners were very loud but needed and appreciated. We had 17 days on St. Thomas and enjoyed the quietness. Had quite the surprise in master bedroom when I had to shower with a full length window beside the tub looking out. I don’t believe anyone could see us that high up the mountain but if someone did I am sorry! Thanks Francis for the chance to explore St. Thomas. Now don’t ask for a review of the island roads! Unplug and Unwind is a beautiful property with amazing views. Rebecca was wonderful to deal with and would highly recommend her property. We saw lots of birds and several green iguanas hanging out in the trees from the balcony. The only restaurant that was close and with in walking distance (if you can walk up hills) was the Old Stone Farmhouse. The food was amazing, very well appointed bar, service good and really neat atmosphere, however it was quite expensive but worth it. Rebecca has great information on where to go for shopping, coffee, food and beaches. Highly recommend this property if you are not wanting to stay at a hotel or resort and want peace and quiet.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.
