Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.

Cute 1/1 apartment located on quiet side of St. Thomas. Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs.
