Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We had a family reunion for my son's graduation from UCLA. We used George/Manvel's home for the family reunion. It is a large well-list place with a nice backyard and was perfect for all of us (9 adults and 3 children). There were plenty of beds, nice bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Nice neighborhood with easy access to shops and the freeway. We had a great time.

Ed’s place was amazing. He and his partner were super responsive and the home was an absolute gem. I will definitely be returning.

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The home was in a great, quiet location, just across from a beautiful school. It was beautifully remodeled, with everything finished to a high standard. Communication was friendly and responsive throughout. We’re looking forward to staying again!

This suite was spacious, comfortable and cutely decorated. Having a full kitchen and eating area was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. The side yard was great and parking spots were generous. The surrounding area and ball field were beautiful to walk our dog around, offered distant views of the city and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

This place is magical… the perfect spot for peace and quiet yet so accessible to great food, shopping, hiking, and beaches! It was the best spot for me to decompress and recharge with all the wonderful sounds of the canyon. The hosts are very welcoming and kind!

This place exceeded our expectations! The Indoors was very spacious and once you walk to the backyard, you instantly feel like you’re on vacation! Beautiful blooming flowers surround the sunlight glistening pool. You feel like you have the whole place to yourself. We had the perfect summer day and night here splashing around and sunbathing with our family for Father’s Day! We all agree that we’d hope to be back!

We had a great stay at Azats home and would stay here again! My kids loved spending time in the hottub, very relaxing trip.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I am so grateful for my stay in Janeece's cozy and beautiful house. From the very first moment I felt at home. It was like love at first sight. It's not annoyingly perfect like an Airbnb can be, it's a real life home and that's what makes it so charming. Janeece did her best in terms of communication and answering any questions. I would come back and recommend staying here to my best friends and anyone else! Thank you, it was fantastic!

Absolutely wonderful! Posh was so sweet, responsive, and even provided extra supplies such as snacks and water for us. Truly such a sweetheart, having him as a host was amazing.
