Fountains Fell is a spacious barn conversion offering, comfortable home-from-home accommodation in an idyllic rural location, yet just a mile from the sea. A pet-friendly holiday home full of character with oak beams, vaulted ceilings, large open plan living, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, large entrance hallway, a wood burner, mezzanine level with extra social space, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and private walled garden. The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Tucked away down a quiet lane beside the coast path, Swallow Cottage is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy this peaceful corner of North Norfolk. Quiet beaches, coastal walks and countryside are on your doorstep. Whether you're exploring the coast, watching wildlife, bringing your dog for long walks, or simply escaping everyday life for a few days, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Sunny Brook is a charming detached bungalow set within the grounds of the owner’s home in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. This quiet and comfortable retreat is just a five-minute walk from local amenities, including a pub/restaurant, garage/shop, bus stop, and a traditional fish and chip shop. Ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coast, Sunny Brook offers a cosy base for relaxing breaks and days out discovering nearby beaches, countryside, and market towns.

Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Historic market towns are close by offering pubs, restaurants and shops. We offer a minimum 2 nights stay . Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

Whilst you can be parked up in Cromer town centre within 10 minutes, the location and large gardens allow for a peaceful and relaxing break away from all of the usual holidaymaker hustle and bustle.
