A colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Allan’s spot. It was perfect for the downtown conference we were attending and close to several places to eat. Allan was a very kind and responsive host. Great place!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect if you are going to see a concert at Red Rocks! They also had the cutest decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into their place! Everything is labeled incredibly well. Would 100% stay here again!

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The unit is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We were there for 5nights and never had any issues. Anna was very responsive to any questions.

Melvin was very responsive. I will stay here every time I come to Denver! It was like home. He had extra special touches. i.e. stocked cabinets, bottled water, laundry pods, etc.

Eloise provided us a great place to stay for our first time to Denver! Beautiful backyard patio and she was super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend if youre going to Denver!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this listing and Michael and Jenny's wonderful hospitality throughout. Just super nice people, easy to communicate with and always responsive. This is truly a gem of a listing for anyone needing a home away from home while visiting Boulder county! I was at the listing for an extended stay and was pleased to find that everything I needed was already provided. The space is extremely clean and neat–all recently remodeled and well thought-out in terms of function and comfort. The wi-fi is amazingly fast, which is nice if you need to get a little remote work done. The private entrance is also nice for easy access. Overall just a 10/10 stay!

Great spot! Came in with 10 others for a bachelor party. Walking distance to a grocery store and an easy uber away from the all the great spots near Downtown!

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

I often stay in the area where Anne's home is located to visit my nearby family. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and is conveniently located near several major roads and highways. Though I travel by car, I noticed the train station is a short walk away, as are several stores and restaurants. I had easy access to all the places I like to go when I visit, including downtown Denver, the Sloan's Lake area, and many good restaurants. The Airbnb space was larger than I needed, but I was happy to have it! The bedroom I chose to sleep in (there are 2) was quiet, and dark and had a very comfortable bed! I slept great. Anne herself is very kind and gracious.

There was a group of four of us (two couples) that stayed at Philip's place and we absolutely loved it! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, having the hot tub, outdoor shower, kayaks/standup paddleboards, fire pit, etc was so much fun. We had a blast! Sunsets were amazing. We had plenty of space inside, never felt crammed and loved the foosball table and games already there. The pictures provided on the listing are very accurate. All instructions provided before our arrival were very helpful. Philip was responsive and accommodating! Neighbors were very friendly too. Truly a hidden gem of an area in Denver!

Very nice , great lady overall

Everything was great, no complaints. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were super comfy and all the rooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in. The bathroom and shower are nice; hot water and good water pressure. The place has everything you would need to feel at home for an extended to stay; full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, towels, outdoor sitting and dining area, firepit, living room and TV. The hosts were even nice enough to have a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens awaiting us upon check in. I was also pleasantly surprised to arrive and find that there was even a dry sauna in the Airbnb, a detail which I must have overlooked when initially doing the booking. Thank you Savannah!

The house and Hannahs hospitality were amazing our entire visit to Colorado. After a long drive from Houston, check in was very easy and the house was ready for us. Our hostess always made sure we had what we needed and were comfortable our entire stay. I'll be sure to book this place my next visit to Colorado.

The place was very spacious, comfortable and convenient - perfect for what we needed. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby, a nice walking trail. Izzy was very responsive.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Fillmore and we really enjoyed our stay! Garrett and Sarah were extremely responsive and welcoming. I liked that there were two entrances to the Airbnb, the exterior entrance being the primary one we used. It had a helpful motion sensor light for when we got back and it was dark out and auto locked behind us. The location is great and Ubers were very quick and affordable. Street parking was free but limited. We were able to find parking right in front of the Airbnb after a few laps. I really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit (and that there were pods/dryer sheets for use) as my husband just came from a week long trip and needed to wash his clothes. Two minor things: - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as we could hear footsteps above us, but this is expected given the age of the building! - be hyper-aware on the streets at night as there was a solicitor yelling at the corner when we got our doordash delivery

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

Jana was great! She was very responsive and always asked if there was anything I needed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and a great walking trail! Chestnut (her dog) was very sweet too!

Erin and Michael were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful, gracious and accommodating. My stay was comfortable. The space was clean and had thoughtful touches. I enjoyed the rooftop lounge and view. Their cat Poppy spent a lot of time with me, gave me company, comfort and love. I had come here directly from Western North Carolina having experienced the aftermath of the rains and Hurricane Helene. Poppy was therapy for me! ❤️
