Great spot! Came in with 10 others for a bachelor party. Walking distance to a grocery store and an easy uber away from the all the great spots near Downtown!

Kim and Ben were wonderful hosts. Their 3-story home was beautiful with tons of space to accommodate all of our guests. The house was super clean, updated, and we loved how all the bedrooms were on different floors than the living areas. Definitely recommend this home to those traveling with big parties.

Philip's place was just what the dr ordered. the location was great. The lake was great. All of it was great. It's a walk out basement but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely planning on booking this spot again.

Accurate, spacious listing. There was a brief issue with the fire alarm going off by accident; host was super responsive and friendly. Everything was great, no complaints. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were super comfy and all the rooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in. The bathroom and shower are nice; hot water and good water pressure. The place has everything you would need to feel at home for an extended to stay; full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, towels, outdoor sitting and dining area, firepit, living room and TV. The hosts were even nice enough to have a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens awaiting us upon check in. I was also pleasantly surprised to arrive and find that there was even a dry sauna in the Airbnb, a detail which I must have overlooked when initially doing the booking. Thank you Savannah!

Hannah's place was extremely peaceful and a great location to host. The location is in a quiet area but in a perfect distance to Denver. Interior was clean and well spaced and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great house in a quiet location close to downtown. We’ve loved the quiet neighborhood with nice front porch and a nice patio in the back. The house had everything we needed to sleep comfortably, get to work and relax after. The house was perfectly clean with modern fixtures. The location seemed ideal for getting downtown and other Denver areas quickly. Emmy was a great host, engaging, very responsive but certainly not overbearing. We enjoyed having Jack the fish to check in with in the mornings, excited for his breakfast with us.
