Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Northern Vietnam

We loved our stay in this cozy spot in Vietnam! 🏡 The heated beds and blankets were perfect for the cold weather, and the fireplace added extra warmth 🔥. The staff were super responsive, supportive, and always ready to help! 💯 As city folks, we appreciated how seamless everything was, with someone always available to communicate with us. 🗣️ The food was delicious 🍲, reasonably priced 💰, and the beautiful surroundings made it even better. 🌿 Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and cozy escape! 🌟 We’d love to return! ❤️

Great stay! Spacious and very suitable for family or group stays. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter. Old Quarter also very accessible. Hosts were helpful and responsive before and during the stay.

We were at the apartment for the weekend and it was very calm and beautiful. Highly recommended to get out of the center of Sapa and relax in the surrounding nature. Highly recommend for groups of 7-10

Located in an unassuming street, it's a very peaceful home. The scenery from the window is beautiful too. It's a hidden gem for sure and those who love green spaces will definitely love it for sure.

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

A spacious apartment for family and the host went beyond to help us feel like we were at home. They help us with our luggage, prepare the cot for our baby and we got a lot of recommendations for eating out and visiting around town. We also got a wonderful trip to Ha long later after our checkout here. Thanks a lot, Hao!

Very responsive host. as our previous booking got cancelled last min, we gotta source for another place and Hana was responsive and took my booking. check in was real easy, place is clean as per picture. working distance to malls/food. strong recommend for visitors with family.

Apart from the bland environment close to a horrendous road, this is an amazing experience from start to finish, including assistance with affordable transfer from and to airport at any time. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host is exceptional and highly appreciated. The room is actually a studio and you can even wash your clothes for free. The so called gym was a bit of a disappointment and ended up not using it. Overall still one of the better home stays in Hanoi!

large accommodation to rest. about twenty minutes from the old neighborhood. good little restaurants nearby. I recommend it! very good exchanges with our host, very responsive and attentive.

Thành was a great host. He was super responsive. The unit was in the perfect spot for us. Easy to access with lots of great food options and yoga studios (especially Nomad Om Factory). The only thing we would have appreciated was some dishwashing and washing machine liquid and some cloths to help us clean up. But otherwise everything was perfect 👌

Thuy Hoa was very kind to accommodate an early check-in for my family and I as we had an early arrival. She was very hospitable and always checked in on our stay. Encountered a few minor issues such as air-conditioning and hot water but was quickly resolved. Enjoyed my stay here but I would say that this may not be suitable for elderly people due to the flights of stairs you have to climb to get to the accommodation.

The host was really hospitable and friendly, which brought me the feeling of being welcomed in Ha Long. The location was quite convenient to the famous places as well as there are a lot of convenient stores in case you want to buy something.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.
