Sunny, private 2nd floor suite at the river's edge features panoramic views of the Rappahannock and surrounding farmland. Take in fiery sunsets, sunrises, starry skies, eagles, ospreys and more. Swim, fish, explore waterways by kayak, or bike in tranquil, rural surroundings. Morning coffee on the balcony with the songbirds is a treat, and the riverfront deck, surrounded by trees is sublime. Restaurants, historic sites, hiking, fossil hunting, wineries, antiques & more are a short car ride away.

Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

This is a two room above the garage apartment with a dedicated side entrance for guests separate from the main house by screens down and a barn door up. Once upstairs you have your own private space. Your mini fridge will always be stocked with an assortment of beverages and snacks as well as breakfast items. Enjoy, our kayaks, fire pit or sunset viewing on the pier. Lots of hiking and water sports abound in the area. A short drive south is Solomon’s island. This is a safe space for all🥰

Our dreamy, fully equipped private studio apartment and adjacent garden nestled in the Historic Church Hill neighborhood is an ideal retreat for a couple or solo traveler looking for close proximity to The River City but want a quieter feel. Be at ease with free street parking, fast wifi, an airy interior, outfitted kitchen, and a secluded green terrace. Within a 15 min walk are top-notch restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, provisions stores, salons, the post office, and four parks.

Our guest cottage is the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway or a quick commute to local historical sites. We are located on a family farm property dating back to the 1880's. Although the old farmhouse is gone our home with attached cottage is filled with decor built by the owner with reclaimed wood from the original home. We are adjacent to Beaverdam Park and located 2 miles from Main Street which boasts the historic Gloucester Courthouse dating back to 1651.

Waterfront home on St. Leonard Creek w/ private pier & small beach. Close to Solomons, fossil hunting, and other area attractions. NOTE: there is a 450-foot-long, asphalt-paved path to the pier which is fairly steep for several yards. 4 paddle kayaks are included FREE! Inquire about the availability of a 15ft jon boat with 5hp outboard motor and/or our two pedal drive fishing kayaks (at additional cost, subject to availability).
