Attractive guest apartment in a charming altitude

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our single-family house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with floor heating, controlled ventilation system, WiFi and TV. The bus connections in a 15-minute walk. Cycle, in Tübingen city traffic are excellent. Rest in nature is right outside.

My accommodation is located on the edge of the meuse, along the greenway.It is ideal if you like cycling, walking, horse riding, mountain-biking, nature. You'll love my place because of its location, its calm, its comfort, its view, its swimming pool (available from May to October).
