You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

The small cave house has a separate entrance. It is a small underground room completely carved out of the tuff rock. The caves have their own particular microclimate that is regulated by heating in winter and dehumidification when necessary. In the outdoor space, furnished with a small table and chairs, you can meet and make friends with my kitten and my dog, a very sweet Border Collie. Staying in a cave is an experience.
