Holiday rentals with a patio in Northern Bruce Peninsula

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

Dorothy's was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. The entire space is super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view of the forest and the firepit area make it a serene and relaxing environment to spend a weekend away.

Such a nice place. Cozy, cute, and clean.. It was very peaceful on the private back deck. There is also a big backyard for the pups to run around in. Its a perfect place with delicious restaurants steps away. We will most definitely stay here again

Maxine’s is our go to whenever we visit the Bruce Peninsula. This was our second stay, and you can really tell how much care Maxine puts into making it feel like home. The unit is very clean and stocked with everything you need. Best part for me is BBQ with a view. Definitely check out Coral’s Caribbean Cuisine and The Green Door in Wiarton for great food. Also, if you need a day activity check out Farm On the Lake for goat feeding (fun for all ages)

Natalie’s place is excellent! The studio was super clean and very nice. We felt right at home!! It had everything we needed and was close to all the local attractions. Natalie provided a guide ahead of our trip with information about the AirBnb, as well as local recommendations for food and things to do. She was extremely kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Natalie!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful BnB, and I must say, it was the perfect retreat! Located in a stunning private complex surrounded by nature, this BnB offered the ultimate peaceful escape. The surroundings were serene, and the walking distance to the Village of Blue Mountain was a bonus. The hosts were incredibly polite and nice, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, with a coffee machine available for us to enjoy at our leisure. The comfortable bed was the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. But what truly made this stay special was the beautiful little patio, where we could sit and soak in the natural beauty surrounding us. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst nature. The hosts, amenities, and surroundings all came together to create a truly unforgettable experience. Can't wait to come back!

Great, cozy and homely place to stay and relax. Hot tub was the best part of our stay. Canoeing was relaxing as well, very peaceful surroundings. Home was beautifully maintained and had lots of boardgames. Host is super friendly as well. We will surely come back.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

I recently stayed at Jer’s Airbnb with a group of seven friends, and we had an incredible experience. The amenities truly made the stay unforgettable. We spent hours enjoying the pool table, foosball, darts, and old-school arcade machines. The private sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor BBQ and fire pit setup created the ideal space for evening hangouts. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Jer was an excellent host, very responsive and clearly committed to providing a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a getaway with friends or family. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Jer! One thing worth highlighting is that the pictures don’t do this place justice. As great as it looks online, the property is 100 times better in person — more spacious, more comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that aren’t fully captured in photos.

First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon for accommodating my friends and me for this trip, as it was very hard to find a place to stay and that as well was very beautiful, clean and had amazing amenities. In the place we get to use kayaking and especially the transparent canoe; very amazing and memorable experiences! Furthermore, down the street towards the town, you get to have one of the best and beautiful sunrises in life. It has a river with a mini waterfall. Also, the town is 15 minutes away by e-scooter or 5 minutes by car and has all the necessities needed when something is missing. Neighbours were friendly, open, mindful and caring. Everything that was provided in place was amazing, beds were clean and comfortable. My friends and I are very thankful for the extra bedsheets Brandon dropped off for us as some of my friends were quite sensitive to cold temperatures. Overall, must book and will come back again and explore more of the Bruce Peninsula. THANK YOUUUU BRNDON!!!!!!

A very clean tidy cute little place to stay for the long weekend. Josie has been very proactive on instructions or recommendations, I didn’t have to ask. The place is very functional and right across the beach, unfortunately there are bushes that blocks the beach view, it’s easy to get to the beach but would’ve been nice to be able to see the beach from the house. Beds and pillows are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need even though we didn’t use it much. There is only 1 bathroom, on the main floor, a bit of inconvenient for bedrooms upstairs but manageable. There is a little restaurant on the street that has delicious food, about 6mins walk from the cottage. My only recommendation for the house is to have shaded curtains for the living room and dining room for more privacy, not so much of an issue for us since the area is quiet during the fall season, but could be an issue in the summer. Cleaning fee is also on the high end. Overall a very comfortable lovely stay

I stayed with my family at Tricia's place for 2 nights. We were blown away from the moment we drove into the driveway. It was secluded yet so close to downtown. Enjoyed bonfire and barbecues at night. Everyone who saw the pictures are already asking about the place and looking to book it for their own trips. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our second stay at Mazen & Aya's place was just as fantastic as the first. Our family enjoyed a lovely snowy Christmas overlooking the lake and relaxing inside. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We hope to be back again next year!

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.

Great places to stay if you plan on visiting the Blue Mountains area. Very close to the village with parking. Lots of spaces and cozy vibes.

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen has everything just like home (although you need to bring your own coffee pods). The place is just a short drive to the blue mountain village and not far from Collingwood.

Convenient and clean place to stay right next to Blue Mountain resort. The host Neil was really helpful and provided great instructions and recommendations. Will go back to stay here again!

Nick and Danielle’s home is the perfect get-away. We used it for some fun on the nearby biking trails, but it would be equally perfect for skiing and any other nearby activity. Nick and Danielle’s home is clean, tidy, spacious and has comfortable seating in the living room. The outdoor patio is lovely to sit on to peacefully enjoy the surrounding nature and watch the nearby golf. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the necessary amenities and more. We found the beds very comfortable for some good sleeps after our fun days. Nick and Danielle were easy to communicate with. They even checked in with us to let us know they’d noticed that we hadn’t started the AC and wondered if we’d like them to start it for us. It was a little cool out so we didn’t need it, but we were impressed at this thoughtful gesture! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’d be happy to return again!

Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!
