Thank you for a great space to retreat to for our family. The view was great. A fire place to roast marshmallows was a nice experience for my kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s place! The house was spotless, including the bathrooms, and the location near the lake was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. My family, our dog Buddy (a black Standard Poodle), and I truly enjoyed our time there. Valentina is an excellent host, providing clear and thoughtful instructions—like removing shoes indoors—which we also do at home, and it definitely contributes to how clean everything is. The firewood sauna was a great experience. Although the hot tub jets weren’t working during our stay, but it was also pleasent in the chilly evenings Overall, it was a fantastic stay !

Beautiful cottage, ideally situated. We have really enjoyed our stay! Silvia has been really kind and great at communicating. We will hopefully come back!

The place looked exactly like the photos and was a nice getaway if your looking for a cabin on the water. Was peaceful, enjoyable, and very very beautiful. Price is a little pricey but for what you get and the scenic views makes it worth it. Especially if you go as a group and divide up the costs. Would love to go back again sometime and would recommend this airbnb. Thanks again for hosting!

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a relaxing, remote experience, look no further. We enjoyed the hot tub, the comfortable beds and soft linens, beautiful forest for walks, and the fire pit for evening fires. I imagine during the warmer months it’s really nice to enjoy the lake as well which is right across the road. We had a really nice time and would definitely return. Thank you Mike and Meng!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Richard's cottage near Kagawong. It is a large, open space with lots of seating, beds and amenities. The home has been beautifully renovated with lots of great art and furnishings. Although the weather wasnt great during our stay, we still enjoyed the beach, which is easily accessible. There are plenty of heating and cooling options to customize the temp in bedrooms and common spaces. Richard ensured there were plenty of supplies so it was easy to cook and stay in his beautiful home, even with young children. The cottage is about 15 minutes to Kagawong in a quiet neighbourhood. Honestly, the pictures don't do the view justice. We hope to be back soon!!

Fantastic place. Cassandra has set up a little private paradise. She sent a super helpful welcome pack, the place was easy to find and easy to enter. The house itself was very clean and had alot of amenities to use. Beautiful views. Firepits, sauna, hot tub, kayaks & bbq! Everything you could want in a quiet get away. Very very impressive! 5/5! Id give 6/5 stars if I could. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to Manitoulin

We stayed here for three nights with my husband, our two young children and two dogs, and we fell in love with the house and the location. The view of the water from the cottage was absolutely stunning. We went during the off season, so things were quiet, which was just what we wanted. The grocery store was only a quick drive away, as well as Bruce National Park. Our kids are already asking to go back. We will definitely plan another trip here in the future!

I have visited Bruce Peninsula National Park three times and this is the best cottage location that we have ever visited. The WiFi speed is not very fast but Rogers cellular signal is good here so we can use our data. Lots of outdoor activities equipment has been provided by the host like kayak/firewood/bicycle. The over all stay was good. However, the bed was too old and it causing some strange noises when we sit/sleep on it. might need a maintenance or repair. The host and management team are friendly and helpful during our stay.

We had such an amazing getaway. We used their recommendations to book our activities and they did not disappoint us. The host responds very quickly and is very accommodating. The place was just as the pictures show… if not better. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

My family had a lovely relaxing couple of nights at Aneta’s cottage. The location directly on the lake is very peaceful and the cottage itself was very comfortable. Although in a very quiet and serene area, all the amenities you may require are available appropriately 10 minutes drive in Espanola which is very convenient.

Fantastic cottage and place to stay. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The location was peaceful, with a great sunset view and incredibly quiet! Christa was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, but also just let us have our space to enjoy. We were so thankful for the time we had there.

I had a wonderful stay at Pete’s place. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. There were thoughtful details all around the house like fresh cut flowers and a note with contact info. There were even dog bowls and items that made it feel more like home. This was a great spot to stay and I highly recommend it

Lovely spot on the water to spend a few days near my hometown, visiting with family and friends. Enjoyed a BEAUTIFUL sunset the first night of our stay that set the mood for a relaxing and quiet few days. Super cozy bed up in the loft, kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed our coffee on the back deck overlooking the lake every morning.

We enjoyed our week as we started each day with coffee on the dock and ended with a sunset drink each evening. The location was central to everything we wanted to do on our first visit to Manitoulin - Misery Bay and Cup and Saucer for hiking, Providence Bay for great beach time, and Gore Bay for chocolate and brews. The cottage was comfortable with everything needed for our stay. Jeff and Jenn were great hosts. We shall return if the opportunity arises and recommend to others.

The Family Getaway was exactly was was described and even more! The photos on the listing were exactly as shown, and when we got to the location, we were blown away by the beautiful view of Lake Huron. The place was spotless and well organized. Definetly worth the price!

We rented Mike's place for a few days and was a beautiful place to stay, right on the inlet with great views. Mikes place had all the amenities of home with extras like beautiful bedrooms and washrooms very upscale place, also a fire place, canoes, kayaks, life vest and a great place to relax. it was within a 5 minute drive of down town tobermory which had restuarants, cafes. ice cream shops, glass botton tour boats and we got to see the chicheeman boat come in was pretty cool the town had different types of foods and a great place to eat. Mike was very helpful and responsive at all times. overall a fantastic play to stay and well worth the money. would defiantly recommend this place for others. I know we as guest like to point out some recommendations and I would say 1. have a binder with instructions on how to work things like the stove. fancy coffee makers, fire place ( for those who don't know how to work them. we were ok). 2. extra towels face cloths(more than 2 people.Thanks

Stellar view of the sunrise every morning. Cottage is very clean, well kept and has everything you could possibly need. Love the view, the peace and quiet, the constant sound of the water on the shore; the deck is a great place to spend all of your time. Enjoyed paddling around the bay - so clean and beautiful. From our sea kayaks, we watched the deer frolic in the water - they came out quite a ways as the sand bar is shallow and runs for miles! Paddled up Manitou and Blue Jay river - fish were jumping! The cottage is centrally located - short drive to anywhere on the island for your day trips. Although you may be tempted just to stay put at a cottage that has all of the comforts of home.

Kim's Cottage was very comfortable and had everything that was needed. The grounds were beautiful and was very quiet and secluded. Very comfortable to sleep and was very well cleaned. We cannot wait to come again next year.

We shad an amazing time at this location, the cabin feel with large windows was very nice to enjoy the scenery. It felt very nice and cozy, how a trip should. The host Janette and John were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for someone looking to enjoy a nice and relaxing stay. Lots of board games and books were an added bonus!

We stayed at Stuga on the Rock at the end of September for 2 nights. It was a fantastic place to stay. Tara has thought of everything and she communicated very easily with us. We enjoyed the waterfront location, beautiful sunsets, kayaking and swimming. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. This place is magic and 5 min from downtown Tobermory! We all would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tobermory. Even though it was just for one night, the place truly felt like home. It was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with everything we needed readily available. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and each bedroom had fans, comfortable pillows, and cozy blankets. The backyard was a great bonus—it had a nice patio set and a spacious open area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities. The location was also ideal, just a short drive away from all the major tourist attractions in Tobermory. What made our experience even better was the host's flexibility—they kindly offered us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. If you're planning a group trip and looking for a comfortable stay with all the essential amenities, this place is a perfect choice!
