The unit is in the basement of a historic 1923 row home and is located near several restaurants, bars, recreation areas and shopping. Ten-minute walk to Rhode Island Metro Station, close to Union Market, Union Station and 20 minutes to downtown DC. The apartment has many amenities to include fast internet, full kitchen and plenty of closet space.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.
