Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Northeast Washington

Curt and Lauren's place was very cute and met my daughter's and I's needs 100%. It was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for, for our stay in DC!

Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Katie and Matthias were wonderful hosts. They were flexible about check in and its obvious they spent a lot of time curating local recommendations. They're extremely responsive and the listing definitely met our expectations. We actually had to book this place semi-last minute due to a cancelation, and are so happy we ended up in this location. There's a food hall thats about 10 minutes walking distance and the area is peaceful. The wine that Katie and Matthias left was a wonderful gesture, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Do read the description that shares that the hosts occupy the space above. If you're a light sleeper this may bother you, but otherwise no major complaints for us. The kitchen is perfect for longer stays and have an in-unit washer/dryer was perfect.

We had a great stay! The location was easy to find and incredibly walkable, perfect for exploring the city. The street was quiet both day and night, yet just a short walk from the lively H Street corridor, which made for a peaceful and convenient visit. We were able to walk to Union Station in about 15 minutes, and H Street offered plenty of great dining options right around the corner, along with several grocery stores nearby. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a calm, neighborhood-style experience rather than a busy, commercial vibe, this is a great choice. The only downside was parking, it can be tricky due to the nearby school and limited street availability in a busy residential area.

We had a nice stay at May's apartment for a long weekend. It was easy to walk to Union Market and Whole Foods, and we also frequented a great little market right up the street (Old City Market and Oven), which had excellent coffee and food. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, too. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans and utensils for cooking. May gave us excellent instructions for checking in/out, and we had no problem finding the place. The apartment is small but tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

This home was lovely, located in a convenient location to all the fun places.

It is a lower level apartment of the owner's property, but it was very quiet and really no interaction with us other than a couple messages to check in with us. Very quiet and within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and groceries (whole foods was only a block away). Pharmacy only two blocks. Apartment was clean, comfortable bed, and all the amenities you need.

I had an incredible experience staying at Larry’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—20 minutes walk to metro, yet still quiet and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Larry was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you, Larry, for making my trip so enjoyable!

Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee. Not to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was perfect—peaceful, but still close to everything I needed. The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
