Holiday rentals with a patio in Northeast Region

We went to São Miguel to rest and stayed two days in Vila Pitaya. We were delighted with the place, the most important thing is that it is private accommodation, so I can feel comfortable with my family. Wonderful, comfortable place, we found everything we needed there to have a great stay and I confess that the place is so good that we didn't even want to leave. The leisure area is perfect, my daughters loved it. Gerlan always attended to us very quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this stay, if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, comfortable place for your family and 100% functional, the place is here. I intend to return and bring more family members to enjoy this place.

We loved the stay! The atmosphere is beautiful and corresponds exactly to the photos, as well as being very quiet thanks to the great sound insulation. Everything was excellent — the only suggestion would be to have a full-length mirror in the room, which would make all the difference. No mais, tudo perfect!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos in the listing. The view from the penthouse is fantastic! The apartment is extremely beautiful and organized, very functional and cozy. Gustavo is an excellent host, always responding quickly, proactively and helpfully. I will definitely come back more often when I travel to Natal again.

A peaceful place! Simply worth every penny, identical to the photos (or even better in person). It is next to a restaurant with a great price and is further away from the "busy" part and the river, that is, to get to the accommodation it is interesting to ask for a "taxi" service from the village (it only takes the bags) or take a buggy as soon as you get off the canoes. Ana Paula welcomed me with open arms, made great recommendations for the service area and the like! A love of a person! I will certainly come back more often!

Great stay and as advertised. Clean, organized, well located and quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, shower with hot water, good speed wifi, great for working and the condominium also has a small market. A nice touch was having an air fryer in the kitchen, which helped even more in practicality. I think of coming back more often.

Super I indicate the location! Super cozy apartment with everything you need, in addition to the excellent location, with several supermarkets nearby, a bakery, great restaurants, tourist spots that you could walk to...

We had an amazing weekend at Casa Spiral! The location is perfect: we had total privacy, absolute silence and a breathtaking view of the Chapada, and yet we were just a few minutes from the road that connects Alto Paraíso to São Jorge. The decor is extremely tasteful, and the river inside the property provided us with delicious and relaxing baths. The kitchen is super equipped — we prepare several wonderful meals! The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Absolutely, we want to go back!

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

I've had a wonderful experience in this amazing home! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back again!

Amazing stay at this beautiful house and beach. The sea right in front is really nice and makes your stay peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. The house has everything you need to have a great time!

The house exceeded our expectations. There are 4 spacious suites, ideal for two families. Everything is very well equipped and extremely organized. The condominium is excellent, with a resort structure – safe, beautiful and well maintained. We followed the host's directions and hired Silvia as a cook. It was an absolute success. High-end food: moqueca, shrimp bobó, cold fish, fried shrimp and more. The gastronomic level was much higher than what we found in Bahia resorts. We also hired Josy to organise and clean the house. Friendly, efficient and careful – she always left everything impeccable. The host was impeccable: she always responded promptly, left clear instructions around the house, and even toys for the children — attention to detail that makes a difference. I highly recommend the house, especially for those traveling in groups or families and looking for comfort, structure and good food.

The house is simply excellent! All very clean, organized and with an impeccable structure, which perfectly served our stay. The host is extremely attentive and careful with every detail — I've never seen anything like it! And the cook is wonderful: each meal is prepared with great affection and flavor. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

Great stay, well worth it. The condominium offers a complete structure. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment, clean and functional, all perfect ! It will be one of the first options when you return to the fortress

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and everything works very well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Everything is clean. The room has a very nice bed. Excellent air conditioning. Shower with strong, hot water. Fan in the living room and the TVs have Netflix and others. Marshel is very attentive and meticulous. I really felt at home.

I loved the stay! Apartment as in the photos, clean, large balcony, WITH AN INCREDIBLE VIEW, the door muffles the noise from outside very well. The space is very well planned and very cozy. Bed linens, kitchenware and the kitchen itself in the state. The condominium is phenomenal too, it has everything, a market, bakery and express laundry. Many options for pharmacies, restaurants and in front of the fair. Negative point: the separate energy charge, it would be interesting if the charge was already included in the daily rate. The hostess answered all the questions and was very helpful!

It was a great experience! All clear and organized, warm water in the shower, air conditioning working well and without noise. And wonderful Rayssa, responded quickly and very dear!

Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D
