Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Northeast Region

Our stay was great, the apartment is large, it was well organized and clean, the apartment we stayed in accommodates several people comfortably, it has utensils. It's ventilated, the balcony is great. Our trip was quick and we had to check out early, but we'd definitely be back. The host Márcio is a very good person, easy and quick communication, we forgot a phone in the apartment and he helped us promptly.

Clean and comfortable studio, quite consistent with the photos. It has good air conditioning, washing machine, a clothesline in the bathroom and a full kitchen. Very close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach. Optimal requested for Carnaval. The host responds quickly and is very prompt. I recommend to two people comfortably.

Excellent stay, the Host is an excellent person, there was a problem occasioned by me that she was fully open to solving in the fairest way for both parties. If there are other hosts like her, there are very few. Regarding the apartment, it dispenses comments, excellent in everything "organization, cleaning and etc.", location of the best in Fortaleza, to do a lot of things on foot.

I loved staying at the Ap de Mateus. Ambient clean, organized, well located. Mateus is an excellent host, understanding, polite and proactive. I will stay more often. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was exceptional, Alex host always attentive, everything unfolded as quickly and easily as possible, in addition to Cris who was an excellent choice, by his recommendation, hire her for a kitchen, a perfect combo for a family vacation. Quiet condominium, insurance, house near the beach. And also, in the pool of the house, there is a shadow over the beach that is excellent for children to stay in the pool without being directly exposed to the sun. Great Family Vacation!!

The house is wonderful, Carol also, always quickly answering our doubts, but when we arrived it was raining a lot, and it was a little difficult to access the house because it is on the top of the hill, the access is bad when you go with children (as it was my case).

It was all wonderful. The place is close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars, bakery, cheese bread, grocery) and it is not noisy because it is in a small street near the main street. The condominium garden is very beautiful and well taken care of. I felt safe because I had 24/7 concierge. The hosts were super helpful in everything I needed and indicated a very good transfer contact and for tours. It was super worth it.

You can see the care in each little corner: scattered friendly notes, good recommendations and everything thought to make the guest's life easier. Simply wonderful! I went to spend the weekend and ended up extending the stay until Monday, so much that I loved the place. The house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, but the highlight goes to the Boris garden — a lovely corner, super beautifully cared for, perfect to relax and enjoy nature. Boris was an amazing host: he came every day quietly to check if everything was right, always with sympathy and respect. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish, fast and very clear. And what struck me the most was the flexibility — not only with the schedules, but also with the possibility of extending the stay on short notice. That made all the difference! I highly recommend it to those looking for peace of mind, good taste and a really dedicated host. I will definitely return!

I was very well attended by Michel and Mr Nogueira. Both are thoughtful and respond to messages quickly. The place is simple but very clean, organized and quiet, no noise or nuisance. The only negative points are: the street, which is weird and the access to the parking lot, as the gate is manual and time is wasted to open, generating a safety risk
