Come and relax in a spacious and cozy suite by the sea in Pontal de Maracaípe. In the 40m2 Bungalow, there is a super king size bed, sofa, 43" smart TV, minibar. Large bathroom and hot shower. Gourmet balcony with 2-burner cooktop, sink, dining table and ocean view. A well-forested area with a first-floor pallet and hammocks with a beautiful ocean view. Surfing, kite and SUP lessons at an additional cost. We are in the closest location to the sunset, natural pools and the Pontal de Maracaípe River.

If there is availability, we can negotiate an earlier check-in for an extra fee of 30 reais. I am a designer and I renovated the space that was formerly called the DCE into a separate private area for rent. Where the service area used to be, today is the guest kitchen. The door that used to be called the service entrance is today for the exclusive use of my guest. It is a kind of "Puxadinho" with a Private and Exclusive Entrance for the guest. Comfortable mattress, work table. Very good internet.

Suite with independent entrance, equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar and coffee maker. The suite is on the ground floor. We do daily cleaning (not on Sundays) and change of bed linen every 4 days. Extra linens are charged separately according to the price list.
